We built Blinky Bot because distance was the problem nobody was solving.

Video calls are fine for an update. They're terrible at presence. You can't drop in on someone mid-call. You can't follow them into the kitchen, sit beside them on the couch, or just be around without a reason. That gap, between staying in touch and actually staying close is what Blinky Bot exists to close.

We're not a robotics lab. We're a small team obsessed with one specific feeling: the relief of seeing someone's face light up when you show up unannounced. Every product we sell, we tested first on our own long-distance people — partners, parents, best friends — before we ever sold it to yours.

We don't believe in stuffing a page with fake urgency or pretending we're bigger than we are. We're building this in the open, one honest product at a time, because the people who buy from us are dealing with something real: missing someone. We take that seriously.

If Blinky Bot gets even one more "good morning" across a few thousand miles, we've done our job.
