30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or replacement. We do not require physical returns in most cases — instead, we ask for clear photo or video evidence of the issue so we can make it right quickly and efficiently.
Eligible Issues for Refund or Replacement:
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect items received (wrong variant, wrong size, wrong product)
- Items that did not arrive
- Items significantly different from their description
To qualify, please include:
- A photo or video clearly showing the issue
- Your order number or email used at checkout
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind (unless within EU 14-day cooling-off period)
- Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Packages marked as delivered by the courier but claimed as missing (unless accompanied by proof)
- Sale items or gift cards
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo or video of the item
We will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, the fastest method is to request a refund and place a new order once your refund is approved.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery — for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs in this case. Please contact us for return instructions before sending anything back.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
If it’s been more than 15 business days and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us again.
